​The Foundation plans to make this adult wellness retreat a yearly tradition, giving parents and caregivers a much-needed break to prioritize their well-being. This group event will offer various relaxation activities. The Foundation has reserved a spacious 4,000 sq ft custom cabin on a 1-acre wooded property near Mt. Hood, complete with a game room, hot tub, and sauna. The cabin has five bedrooms with multiple beds and sectionals, and up to 15 of us may come, so sleeping arrangements will be cozy -- a private room is not guaranteed.

Think of it as an adult sleepover with many opportunities to connect, unwind and nurture body and mind.

Wellness activities will feature a variety of crowd-sourced methods from participants, so feel free to share and bring your ideas. In this home setting, the group will prepare meals together, with food provided by the Foundation. Please make sure to note any food allergies during registration so we can plan meals accordingly. Attendees are also welcome to bring extra snacks or food to contribute.

Once you are registered you will receive the home address and check in-out details. As this is a vacation rental home, we all share responsibility for any damages and must work together to make sure there are none.
