Let's come together as a community, play together, learn from each other, and discuss what we will to do in 2022.

Friday: 

Arrive, connect with other families in our group.

​

Saturday:

10:00 to Noon: Business meeting. Goals: Determine 2022 budget and long-term organizational goals, review anticipated 2022 schedule of events, nominate and vote for board members, discuss member feedback. This meeting is adults-only. It is required that at least one member of each attending family participate.

​

Noon to ~6pm: We'd like to plan a group activity, but don't know what yet. Please write if you have a suggestion!

​

Evening: Group dinner and conversation, TBD.

​

Sunday:

More time to connect with other families, depart.

​

If you stay somewhere else you are still welcome to attend the meeting and other events.

If you have not paid your 2022 dues, please pay them before attending the meeting.
